How long does it take to prepare my order?
Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before your order is shipped. Larger, custom, or multiple-item orders may require additional time.
Does the 2-week processing time include shipping?
No. Processing time is the time needed to make, inspect, package, and prepare your order for shipment. Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
Do you offer custom or personalized items?
Yes! We love creating customized and personalized items. Available personalization options will be shown on individual product pages. Custom orders may require additional processing time.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes! Local pickup and delivery may be available in the Rapid City, South Dakota area. Delivery fees, when applicable, will be discussed and agreed upon before the order is finalized.
Do you ship orders?
Yes! We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times will depend on the carrier and destination.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. When applicable, please include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can help resolve the issue.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our products are handmade, personalized, or made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Unused, non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Shipping & Return Policy for complete details.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders may not be canceled once materials have been purchased or production has begun.

What comes with each craft kit?
Each product page includes a list of everything included with that particular kit, so you'll know exactly what you're getting before you order.
Can I place a large or group order?
Absolutely! Please contact us for information about larger orders, parties, events, classrooms, or other group needs. Larger orders may require additional processing time.
